Job Description:

The project aims to analyse and reduce the impact of mishandled baggage on airline operations through a data-driven approach. By leveraging operational data, the project will first assess the root causes, frequency, and operational disruptions caused by baggage mishandling. Based on these insights, a robust framework will be designed and implemented, incorporating traceable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure improvements and ensure long-term efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Use current data opportunities to form an operational impact assessment along with a root cause analysis
Develop a framework defining best ways of working through process enhancements and clear KPI metrics
Pilot implementation

Requirements:

You have effective presentation & communication skills
