Job Description:

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner. Duties include purchasing and receiving inventory, tracking and reconciling balances, monitoring product trends and shortages, ensuring proper stocking of stations, and assisting with other assigned tasks. This position may involve physically demanding tasks.

Job Responsibility:

purchasing and receiving of inventory
tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances
replenishment tasks
put away
cycle counting
return product management
monitoring product trends and shortages
ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked
assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators
provide operations assistants with adequate packing supplies
monitor and pull short dated or expired product
filing inventory and SOX documentation
assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment
must be able to lift 50 lbs or more

Nice to have:

prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software
pharmacy technician license within 3 months of hire
