Job Description:

Lead Strategic Investor Relations Head Opportunity at a Global Manufacturing Company in Tokyo. Job Responsibility:

develop and execute strategic IR plans that align with the company's global business objectives
serve as the primary liaison between the company and investors, analysts, and the broader financial community
craft and deliver compelling financial communications, including earnings releases, presentations, and reports
analyze market trends and investor sentiment to provide valuable insights to senior management
organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences
ensure compliance with all relevant securities laws and regulations
contribute to the strategic direction of the company through astute financial market analysis

Requirements:

7-10+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations
proven track record in the manufacturing or high-tech sectors
deep understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements
exceptional communication and presentation skills
fluent Japanese and advanced English language proficiency
strategic mindset and strong analytical abilities
