Job Description:

Investor relations position at a Japanese multinational company that requires English and Japanese proficiency, experience in corporate finance, and strong communication skills. The role involves managing investor relationships and financial reporting while collaborating with regional teams.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investor relations or corporate finance
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors
Experience with IPO preparation and execution is highly preferred
Experience working with Japanese and international financial institutions is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
Strong understanding of financial reporting and disclosure requirements
Proactive and self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills
Experience in debt fundraising is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
A strong understanding of financial markets and investor relations best practices

Nice to have:

Experience working with Japanese and international financial institutions is a plus
Experience in debt fundraising is highly desirable
