Job Responsibility:

Support IPO process, including documentation review, process coordination, and investor out-reach
Investor and research analyst communications and roadshow coordination
IR material preparation, review and refinement
Monitoring of financial media platforms
Peer analysis and news gathering
Be a key member of the IR team and actively contribute to investor and capital markets activities management

Requirements:

High Fluency in English and Chinese, near-native written level in both
At least 6 years’ experience in a large buyside/sell side/investment banking firm or audit firm as analyst/associate
Need to be able to build financial models independently
Investor Relations experience preferred but not required
Highly skilled at making power point presentations
Good interpersonal skills and work ethic

Nice to have:

Investor Relations experience preferred but not required
