Job Description:

At Baxter, IT Analysts contribute to business innovation through technical expertise and strategic mindset. The role involves working with integration tools, testing processes, and project management while being deeply connected to Baxter's mission of saving and sustaining lives.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with Integration Analysts to deliver projects aligning to the requirements
Build integrations leveraging various integration tools like ITX, IBM ACE and IBM MQ
Perform Smoke testing and support Integration, System and User Acceptance testing
Participate in daily Scrum and provide feedback on progress
Raise risk as needed
Raise issues and work on resolutions as needed
Perform production roll-out as per the guidance from the Integration Analyst
Provide Hypercare support

Requirements:

Good understanding of IBM Transformation Extender like Map Designer, Type Tree Designer, Resource Registry, Database Interface Designer
Good understanding of XML, JSON, X12, EDIFACT, PEPPOL, HL7, FHIR and other message formats
Good understanding of protocols like HTTPS, AS2, sFTP, JMS
Good understanding of SQL
Experience with job scheduling tools such as Control-M
Good spoken and written communication skills
Ability to work in a matrix organization
