Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Support commercial activities for different Network products and services in the Infrastructure area
Further develop service design for IT infrastructure services in our global service catalogue
Consult service owners for implementing changes to service structure
Identify and align with relevant internal and external services for successful service delivery
Manage commercial product lifecycle of IT services
Work with service owners and controlling to ensure proper resource planning, calculation and charging

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineer or Business Administration is required
Between 3-5 years of working experience in the areas of purchasing, cost or cost accounting is required
Contracting Knowledge in context of vendor management
Commercial Knowledge for budget and charging
IT Process/Catalog Management knowledge for service modeling
Excellent in MS office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent in presentations, verbal & written communication, interpersonal skills & being able to work in global team environment
Excellent team player with collaborative approach to problem solving
Language Skills: English (Fluent), German (differentiating factor - not mandatory)
