Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst with experience in SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports and a background in HR and payroll, to support our HR and Payroll departments in managing business applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating SQL reports, troubleshooting system issues, implementing business requirements, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating upgrades. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Responsibility:

Create reports, data analysis, documentation
Support and collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams
Coordinate software implementations and upgrades
Ensure compliance and confidentiality

Requirements:

SSRS, Crystal Reports, SQL
HR, payroll, knowledge of OR, WA or CA payroll/HR laws
SQL Server, report writing, and data analytics
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience in an IT Analyst role, preferably within HR & Payroll departments
Sage, SSRS, Crystal Reports, SQL
