Requirements:

Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related
Previous experience as an IT business analyst or in similar roles
Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with professional-level verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of IT principles and practices, including software development, information systems, and technology architecture
Familiarity with business analysis tools such as process modeling, requirements analysis, and system documentation
Ability to understand and translate customer requirements into technical specifications for developers
Skill in identifying opportunities for improvement in business processes and proposing technological solutions
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and business teams
