Job Description:

The role involves joining Citi as an IT Business Analyst within the Execution Services FXHUB Development team. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, analyzing data flows, and supporting the business during rollouts while collaborating with global teams. The position offers a dynamic work environment, a hybrid model, and comprehensive benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze and prepare requirements/use cases from business needs and document as User Stories in JIRA/Confluence
Analyze and understand data flows across various upstream and downstream applications to create and maintain documentation as well as support the business in identifying optimal solutions
Support the various branch business groups and systems during the UAT phase of the rollouts
Coordinate with teams located in various geographies to ensure correct understanding of Business requirements
Communicate continually with stakeholders the statuses of deliverables and flag potential risks and delays to successful completion of all projects

Requirements:

A proven track record of business analysis experience. 5+ years preferred
Experience in Financial Services industry with a focus on FX and/or Rates or other Derivatives products
Flexibility to collaborate with a global team, across geographies and time zones
Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, such as SQL and Excel. Able to write SQL queries and assist technical teams in analyzing issues and translating requirements
Ability to consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Working knowledge of Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence
Working knowledge of MS Visio
