Job Description:

Coordinate with vendors to deliver software solutions, document business and technical processes, lead discussions, handle OS and software maintenance, troubleshoot network issues, manage print-related issues, participate in software/hardware solutions, utilize scripts, import and analyze data, envision system needs, understand organizational goals, and liaise with vendors.

Requirements:

Coordinate with vendors to deliver software solutions
Document business and technical processes
Display soft skills
Lead small group discussions
Advanced understanding of Windows OS
Handle installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workstation OS
Troubleshoot basic network infrastructure issues
Manage print-related issues
Participate in design, development, and implementation of software/hardware solutions
Basic knowledge of systems programming
Utilize PowerShell scripts and Windows batches
Import and analyze data
Envision system needs
Understand organizational goals
Liaise with vendors
Troubleshooting skills
Experience in implementation
Familiarity with Windows OS
Degree in Computer Sciences preferred
Experience with switches
UX skills beneficial
Strong understanding of computer hardware

Nice to have:
