Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related
Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) are a plus
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
In-depth understanding of business processes and principles
Experience with business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques
Strong proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence
Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
Ability to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements
Experience in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
Expertise in creating process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent business processes
Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise business and technical documentation
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to identify and resolve business and technical issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases
Ability to participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Fluent in English
