Job Description:

Intermediate-level role responsible for liaising between business users and technologists, performing data analysis, and contributing to business planning. Focus on liquidity and collateral management, ensuring requirements are met and solutions are executed effectively

Job Responsibility:

Work as a senior Business Analyst in Collateral and Liquidity Management
Work independently and should be highly self-motivated
Perform data analysis and provide recommendations based on the data
Hold requirement gathering sessions, gain consensus, and create meeting minutes
Develop detailed requirements and manage execution and rollout of solutions
Coordinate with business owners and senior stakeholders to gather high level requirements and provide data analysis and recommendations
Create requirement documentation, perform walkthroughs, and validate implementation
Support user queries and guide and train development teams
Identify and communicate risks, propose mitigation options, and consider business implications of technology application
Collaborate with team members and global business users to ensure coherent solutions

Requirements:

7-9 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding and prior experience of working with various types of Derivative products, Derivatives Margin, Secured Financing products and ISDA/GMRA agreements
Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Experience in data analysis, POC creation and functional testing using Microsoft SQL, Python and Excel
Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
