Job Description:

As an IT Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all IT operations across the company, maintaining the network environment, and driving the development of innovative technical solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the strategic planning and execution of all IT operations
Establish and maintain the network environment and security protocols
Manage support and maintenance of existing applications
Drive the development and implementation of innovative technical solutions
Actively participate in hardware and software evaluations
Oversee the management of vendor contracts and make informed purchasing decisions
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance throughout the purchasing process
Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with security measures and safeguards
Communicate updates to IT policies and procedures effectively
Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical managers and employees
Collaborate with various organizational leaders to build consensus on strategies and tactics

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Cisco Technologies
Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies
Proven experience with CRM
Background in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Expertise in ERP Solutions
Knowledge of Backup Technologies
Familiarity with Computer Hardware
Experience in handling Contracts
Experience with Deployments
Ability to provide Deskside Support
