Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Product Manager to lead the development and management of technology-driven products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT and product management, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product vision, strategy, and execution.

Job Responsibility:

Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize and develop product features and enhancements
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create product specifications, and manage timelines
Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Ensure smooth product launches and ongoing product support
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions on time and within budget

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Product Manager or in a similar role
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams to achieve business objectives
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

Nice to have:

Experience with cloud technologies and SaaS products
Familiarity with data analytics and product management tools
