Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support a 12-month transition to Visa-managed Windows 10 & Mac laptops for our UK offices and remote teams.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and track laptop deployment across the organization
Follow a structured rollout plan and update stakeholders regularly
Schedule, document, and manage project meetings
Maintain asset records for issued and returned laptops

Requirements:

Experience in IT project coordination or IT support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and IT asset management
Knowledge of Windows and Mac environments is a plus
