Job Responsibility:

Lead the orchestration of meetings, including the management of calendars and meeting notes
Coordinate and manage different domains to ensure a comprehensive execution plan
Process, monitor, and update project plans and timelines to ensure deliverables are met
Guide the implementation of the AESOP brand into the existing structure
Employ project management tools and software for efficient execution of tasks
Utilize planning processes to develop and maintain accurate and realistic timelines
Display leadership skills by leading systems implementation projects
Carry out discovery sessions to understand and follow through on project requirements
Demonstrate brand awareness and business management skills in the execution of tasks
Identify potential roadblocks proactively and reactively, and develop strategic resolutions

Requirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in Planning and Planning Processes
Proven experience in Project Management
Strong Leadership Skills
Familiarity with Calendar Management
Awareness and understanding of Brand Awareness principles
Experience in Implementation and Financial Notes
Ability to Execute and manage Deliverables
Knowledge of Standard Operation Procedures
Ability to manage and create Timelines
Strong Coordination skills
Experience with Go and Project Planning
Proficiency in Mindset Software
Experience in taking and utilizing Meeting Notes
Experience in System Implementation
Proficiency in Microsoft Project
Knowledge of EE and NIS systems
Experience in leading Discovery Sessions
Degree in Business Management or related field
