Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related
Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are highly desirable
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role
In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and information systems
Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies
Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely
Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness
Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest project management trends and best practices
Fluent in English
