Our Client is an automotive group that is playing a lead role in the regional retail & mobility solution market. They are looking for an IT Project Manager to their Retail IT team with a keen interest in driving change, influencing decision-making, and addressing digital challenges. The role involves executing digital strategies, leading projects, ensuring business efficiency, and enhancing growth.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to and execute a digital strategy aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring efficiency enhancement and enabling new business growth
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Retail Business Unit -wide digital solutions and projects to support business objectives
Tailor and present key messages and updates to multiple stakeholders
Planning, designing processes, projects to ensure future-proof operation
Documentation of project progress
Ensure the implemented solution is fully integrated with other business systems
Organize and deliver user training sessions to ensure employees are fully equipped to use the implemented solution effectively
Monitor the implemented solution performance, identify areas for improvement, and work with technical teams
Be responsible for ensuring smooth cooperation within the business unit and subsidiaries to ensure the achievement of Group goals
Managing and coaching colleagues within the relevant project team
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for solution design, deployment and enhancements
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and cost constraints
Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and business objectives
Maintain communication with subsidiaries
Requirements:
Bachelor / Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or IT
3-5+ years of experience managing complex digital and business transformation projects
Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end implementation projects, from initial planning to post-deployment support
Experience in projects that use lean, BPR agile and service design methodologies
Experience in automotive operation is an advantage (e.g. in dealers or in importers)
Experience in sales and aftersales activities is an advantage
Experience with data migration, system integration, and change management
Proficient level of English
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding change management skills
Strong project management skills
Solid agile and service design skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Analytical mindset
Lean and BPR competence
Candidates with other higher educational backgrounds that have high levels of required experience will also be taken into consideration
B type drivers licence (company car for business travels is provided)
