Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team in South Orange, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the transition of our current self-hosted ERP system to a new SaaS product. You will work closely with various teams within the organization and external consultants to ensure the project is completed successfully.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and oversee the Banner SaaS project plan
Manage project timelines, scope, and milestones
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Collect and analyze stakeholder requirements
Identify opportunities for process and data access improvements
Support the planning of the redesign of current Banner integrations
Build and maintain relationships with university leaders and stakeholders
Document project progress, decisions, risks, tasks, and costs
Manage the project budget
Schedule functional and technical resources

Requirements:

Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
Experience with Cloud Technologies
Proficiency in using CRM systems
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Experience with About Time software
Competency in AB Testing
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies
Understanding of Budget Processes
Solid experience in Change Management

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Workday or Ellucian Banner
