Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an IT Project Manager in Columbus, Ohio. This role is focused on enhancing the governance and optimization processes of our Configuration Management domain, which encompasses on-prem, cloud, and SaaS-based applications. You will be in charge of strategic initiatives, delivering business value, and aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

Lead strategic projects in the domain of configuration management across different technologies including on-premises, cloud-based, and containerization
Develop compelling business cases for IT initiatives through strong analytical and strategic thinking
Solve problems using sustainable, long-term solutions
Evaluate and optimize processes, implementing best practices
Communicate effectively with senior leadership, including excellent presentation skills
Mentor and guide team members, and fill leadership roles as needed
Stay current on industry trends and innovations through continuous learning.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in configuration management across different technologies
Proven ability to lead strategic projects and drive business value
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities focused on long-term solutions
Ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal oversight
Proven experience in process evaluation, optimization, and implementation of best practices.

Nice to have:
