Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team in the banking industry in Hanover, Massachusetts. As an IT Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will be tasked with overseeing the IT audit process, developing and implementing advanced process controls, and ensuring compliance with established KPIs.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the IT audit process
Develop and implement advanced process controls
Ensure compliance with established KPIs
Monitor IT risk and compliance issues
Maintain accurate records of IT risk and compliance activities
Identify and address potential IT risk and compliance issues
Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent application of IT risk and compliance policies and procedures
Provide training and guidance to staff on IT risk and compliance issues
Stay up-to-date with industry developments in IT risk and compliance
Participate in the development and implementation of IT risk and compliance strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in IT Audit
Proficiency in implementing advanced process controls
Demonstrable experience in managing process controls
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams
Ability to stay abreast with the latest industry trends and changes in regulations
Detail oriented certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are highly desirable
