Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team. Located in Gainesville, Florida, the IT Support Technician will be responsible for a range of tasks, including learning from the current IT staff, contributing to ongoing projects, and implementing software. This role provides a long-term employment opportunity and is ideally suited for someone proficient in Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Windows 10, Windows 11, Basic Troubleshooting, Networking, and Office 365.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to ongoing IT projects
Implement company-specific software solutions
Manage client relationships effectively
Work with Office 365 and Windows 10/11
Utilize RRM for various IT tasks
Ensure security by managing antivirus solutions
Oversee the setup and maintenance of firewalls
Configure routers and switches as required

Requirements:

A minimum of three years' experience in an IT support role
Proficiency in Active Directory and its functionalities
Hands-on experience with computer hardware, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
Basic troubleshooting abilities in resolving both software and hardware issues
Knowledge of networking principles and protocols, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot network issues
Experience with O 365, including setup, configuration, and user support
