Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Contributing support in various processes being established in the Service Center such as performing the usual operational activities accounting
Performing the day-to-day finance activities within the finance team such as accounts receivables and/or accounts payables such as invoice and payment processing, creating and maintaining master data, processing payments, credit reporting and collection, resolving vendor’s and customer’s queries, handling dunning letters
Supporting the financial closing activities for the customers

Requirements:

0.5 year in Finance and/or Shared Services experience in a global organization, or in customer service area
Very good in spoken and written French (B2-C1) and English (B1-C1) language skills
Customer service-based attitude and focus on getting things done
Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
Open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement
Capacity to handle multiple activities in parallel in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
Confidentiality and high attention to detail
