Job Description:

One of our clients in the Livermore area is looking for a Junior Accountant for a 3 month contract.

Job Responsibility:

Process journal entries, perform reconciliations, and assist in preparing financial statements
Support the budgeting and forecasting process by analyzing financial data
Assist with tax reporting and filing requirements under supervision
Collaborate with team members on internal audits and compliance reviews
Participate in month-end and year-end close activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience with ERP software (or internships with systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is desirable
Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills

Nice to have:
