We are seeking a junior administrative coordinator who has experience working with vendors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor reports, entering invoices into the system, summarizing expense reports and assisting the team with physically setting up the meal events for staff.
Job Responsibility:
Monitoring expense reports and logging any areas that might require financial decisions to be made
Documenting all policies and procedures as well as changes that are made to current processes
Managing reports and documents in an efficient and updating information regularly
Filing documents in an easy to access manner
Mail and Courier coordination when required
Assisting with covering reception duties when required
Assisting with physically setting up team events and the food spread at these events
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in administrative support
Exposure to budgets would be an asset
Ability to handle sensitive information and documents
Flexibility and adaptability is a requirement for this position
Excellent communication and the ability to support departments where needed
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
