Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous and skilled junior Attorney or Contracts Administrator in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in the management and administration of contracts, drafting of legal documents, and handling vendor agreements. You will also be working closely with the General Counsel, performing a variety of duties as needed.

Job Responsibility:

Scrutinize, draft and revise contracts to ensure they comply with all legal and company standards
Draft legal documents with precision and adherence to legal protocols
Handle complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
Develop and manage vendor agreements, ensuring all terms are beneficial and feasible for the company
Use red lining methods for reviewing and revising documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy
Take on additional tasks as delegated by the General Counsel, demonstrating flexibility and initiative
Maintain a comprehensive record of all contracts, agreements, and related documents, ensuring easy retrieval and reference
Act as a point of contact for all contract-related queries, providing clear and concise responses
Monitor the performance of each contract, identifying areas for improvement or modification
Exhibit a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience as an Attorney or Contracts Administrator
Proficient in complaint handling
Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents
Experience in drafting contracts
Expertise in drafting agreements
Proven skills in drafting a variety of documents
Experience with vendor agreements
Ability to perform red lining effectively
