collecting and analyzing data on salaries and benefits to ensure the company's compensation program is both equitable and competitive
maintaining accurate and up-to-date compensation records, providing ongoing support to HR and management teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Polytechnic Schools, Mathematics, or a related field
Master’s degree in Human Recourses Management will be considered as an asset
