Job Description:

Our partner is a leader in the LegalTech and automation space, transforming the legal industry by providing digital solutions for passengers, employees, and consumers facing legal challenges. The Finance Operations Team plays a key role in ensuring customers receive their rightful payments. In this position, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, supporting process improvements, and ensuring seamless communication with airlines, customers, and legal partners.

Job Responsibility:

Handle incoming payments and financial documents from airlines, lawyers, and passengers
Assist in preparing customer settlement statements and invoices
Correspond with airlines and customers to resolve payment-related issues
Work closely with legal partners to review and process invoices
Contribute to improving financial workflows and internal processes
Support the finance team with data accuracy, documentation, and reporting

Requirements:

Fluent German & English – Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion for numbers – A background in finance, accounting, or related experience
Attention to detail – Ability to work precisely, independently, and reliably
Excellent communication skills – Confident in defending customer claims with airlines
Tech-savvy – Comfortable with MS Office and finance-related tools
Team player – Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
