Job Description:

In the P&C Netherlands team, together with other Junior Specialists, Specialists and Senior Specialists, you will process P&C and payroll matters for the Co-workers of IKEA stores and units in the Netherlands. This includes answering colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll (via email and phone) or handling their personal data.

Job Responsibility:

  • processing of ongoing orders from the country
  • contact with the national P&C unit
  • further processing in the system
  • working in Excel
  • conversation with your Buddy
  • work at a 'helpline'
  • reviewing company news

Requirements:

  • proficiency in Dutch and English
  • background in HR, payroll or Dutch philology (appreciated but not mandatory)
  • improve skills in MS Office
  • like variety, a sense of security, stability and open to other people
  • easy to establish relationships with people
  • caring for the planet and doing things with people in mind are important
  • love learning new things, enjoy taking the initiative and do not shy away from a challenge
  • enjoy self-development and discovering passions and new talents

Nice to have:

background in HR, payroll or Dutch philology
