Job Responsibility:
Manage and organize the company inbox, ensuring emails and documents are correctly sorted and categorized
Upload and review documents from lenders, identifying key information and ensuring accuracy
Process and review payout statements to ensure mortgage settlements are handled efficiently
Update internal systems with necessary changes and maintain detailed documentation
Work closely with Title Officers and the team to ensure smooth workflow and information accuracy
Assist with data entry, internal documentation, and other administrative tasks as required
Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail when handling sensitive client information
Requirements:
Minimum 1.5 years experience in data entry, administration, banking, or legal support
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with frequent changes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience in mortgage or title services is a plus but not required
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
