Job Responsibility:

Manage and nurture relationships with a key account to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Coordinate export shipments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
Utilise your skills in AOG, BOXTOP, and ASM to streamline operations and improve service delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues and optimise processes
Maintain accurate records and reports to track account performance and identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

Proven experience in export operations and account management
Strong knowledge of AOG, BOXTOP, and ASM processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
