We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager for one of the leading MNC players in the FMCG personal care space. Drive sales targets, manage key accounts, engage in customer negotiation, and optimize business outcomes for international chain pharmacies.
Job Responsibility:
Drive Key Account Growth: Achieve sales targets and optimize profitability through strategic planning, execution, and insightful business analysis
Lead Strategic Partnerships: Independently manage key accounts, conduct joint business planning, and build strong customer relationships through effective negotiation and engagement
Ensure Flawless Execution: Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful in-store visibility and program execution, maximizing brand presence and market insights
Strategic Business Management: Independently manage key accounts, including 5P planning, customer negotiation, and post-analysis, ensuring optimal business results
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of FMCG key account management experience
Experience managing international chain pharmacies (Guardian/Watsons/Big Caring) is desirable
Proactive and growth-oriented individual with strong communication skills
