Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with assigned major accounts to drive brand awareness and secure profitable business
Develop, implement, monitor, and report on customer-specific sales processes and account plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis to meet/exceed sales targets
Analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities
Recommend products and services (value proposition) that match customers' strategic and tactical directions
Initiate contract negotiations including terms and conditions, product offers, and pricing in line with overall product and pricing strategies and guidelines
Develop a collaborative Joint Business Plan with the customers
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
2-3 years of FMCG experience, ideally in key account management
Aggressive, result oriented and with high personal drive to succeed
Candidates that are currently executives, senior executives or assistant managers are encouraged to apply
