We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager for one of the leading MNC players in the FMCG space. This position requires your urgent attention. Reporting to: SKAM; Location: Subang Jaya; Team size: Variable
Job Responsibility:
Cultivate strategic partnerships: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives within assigned retail channels
Lead with collaborative expertise: Cultivate and leverage strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing purchasing decisions and driving brand visibility
Shape a winning vision: Craft and execute comprehensive annual business plans encompassing marketing, promotions, and distribution strategies to maximize brand presence and achieve sustainable growth
Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insightful sales forecasting to capitalize on emerging opportunities within the dynamic FMCG landscape
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in key account management
Experience managing international key accounts (hyper/super/CVS) is essential
Proactive and growth-oriented individual with strong communication skills
