Job Description:

We are looking for a Key Account Specialist (Advanced Surgery) who is responsible for driving new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory. Baxter offers intravenous solutions, nutritional therapies, drug delivery systems, and advanced surgery products. The successful candidate will contribute to our mission to save and sustain lives by working closely with customers, delivering sales strategies, and driving product penetration within surgical specialties.

Job Responsibility:

Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers including surgeons, nurse’s operating room staff and hospital administration
Developing and implementing sales strategies focusing on local and regional levels
Maintaining and increasing on-label usage of Baxter products through presence in the surgical suite, in-servicing and educational presentations
Monitoring product sales and working closely with Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Operations
Attending regional and local Surgical Conferences
Providing feedback regarding product simplification and standardization
Working with other sales representatives to increase penetration of products
Creating, owning, and promoting marketing events supporting sales targets
Full responsibility for sales targets.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in surgical specialties
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
Proven sales performance
Collaboration and Teamwork
Business Acumen
Communication skills
Customer Focus
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant medical device/healthcare sales experience within an operating room environment
Valid driver’s license
Candidate should be located in Bucharest or its close surroundings.
