Job Description:

This job is open to childcare-enthusiasts who live, and have the right to work in Türkiye, during Summer 2025. If you speak English and German or Dutch, keep reading!

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 3-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements.

Requirements:

You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians.
For this position, a recognized childcare qualification/education is beneficial.
You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team.
Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
You are fully conversational in English and either German or Dutch.

What we offer:

Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.
A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 35,000₺, and 40,000₺ for candidates with qualifications, net per month.
Meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform.
If you don't live near one of our hotels but are flexible to move within Türkiye, accommodation can be provided.
