Job Description:

TUI is seeking a Kids Club Host for their Sarigerme Park location to create magical experiences for children aged 3-12, with a focus on childcare, communication, health & safety, and engaging activities.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 3-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments
take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco
ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues, and adapting to guests’ requirements.

Requirements:

You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians
a recognized childcare qualification/education is mandatory
you are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team
willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure
you are fully conversational in English and German (if only English speaking, qualifications are required).

Nice to have:

Flexibility to move within Türkiye if not living near the hotel
ability to work well under pressure.
