Job Description:

Embark on an exciting journey in the world of childcare and tourism by creating unforgettable moments as Kids or Baby Club Host at TUI. You'll deliver age-appropriate programs, interact with parents, and ensure childcare standards.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 or 3-12
Take part in regular events such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Answer parents/guardians’ questions
Resolve issues and adapt to guests’ requirements.

Requirements:

Childcare qualification/education required
Experience working with children
Fully conversational in English
Fun and vibrant personality
Ability to lead sessions and work as part of an international team
Willingness to learn and commit
Adaptable and flexible individual
Ability to work well under pressure.

Nice to have:

Additional languages
Experience as Childcare Supervisor/Teamleader
