Job Responsibility:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 or KS2 curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to support all pupils
Assess, track, and report on student progress to ensure continued development
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance learning experiences
Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a structured and supportive setting
Encourage students' confidence, independence, and love for learning

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in KS1 or KS2 (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Ability to work well within a team and contribute to the school community
