Job Description:

As a Lab Analyst, QC Micro at Baxter, you will contribute to patient safety by performing microbiology-related quality control tasks under GMP requirements. Tasks include aseptic sampling, bioburden testing, spectrophotometric analysis, environmental testing, and documentation.

Job Responsibility:

Aseptic technique and sampling
Bioburden testing (total microbial count) of water and medical devices
Spectrophotometric analysis
Environmental testing
Media preparation
Microbial culture preparation
Documentation compilation according to GMP requirements
Instrumentation operation
Stock management
Sterilisation related activities
Test method validations
Laboratory upkeep

Requirements:

Fluent in English
Possess a degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Medical-Laboratory Science, Pharmacology, or a science-related degree
Work experience in a certified laboratory environment particularly in microbiology will be considered an asset

Nice to have:

Work experience in a certified laboratory environment particularly in microbiology
