Job Description:

A well-established surveying consultancy is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join their expert team. This company specialises in providing high-quality land and measured building surveys for clients across construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Leading a variety of surveying projects, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting
Managing survey operations, liaising with clients, and mentoring junior surveyors
Working with cutting-edge surveying technology

Requirements:

A degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in land surveying, with a proven track record in project management
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in total stations, GPS, laser scanners, and drone surveying
Experience with CAD and surveying software such as AutoCAD, n4ce, or Pix4Dmatic
A solid understanding of land laws, topographical mapping, and geospatial analysis
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior staff
