Job Responsibility:

Perform legal due diligence
identify and highlight legal risks associated to the transaction
advice on regulatory compliance
drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
project managing of various legal workstreams in multidiscipline transactional mandates
developing business relationships with clients and providing strategic guidance
elaborate your knowledge of current legislation across a wide range of industries
provide legal solutions to highly complex commercial issues while delivering a high-quality experience
use innovative tools and technology in collaboration with non-legal functions to strengthen the reach of your legal advice

Requirements:

Qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece (Athens Bar Association or other Bar Association membership)
postgraduate degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from a well-accredited law university in Greece or abroad (with at least some subjects in the area of M&A and Corporate & Commercial Law)
excellent knowledge of written and spoken professional English
computer literacy
