Job Description:

The role involves strategic leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving based on analytics, as well as leading cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include planning and executing strategic programs and collaborating with various stakeholders. Qualifications include extensive experience in analytics and related systems, as well as presenting to senior stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of business performance
Perform assessments to solve complex issues and develop solutions
Facilitate decision making and issue resolution
Collaborate with team members to drive strategic initiatives
Influence and guide less experienced staff

Requirements:

5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent
Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
4+ years of experience in strategic analytics
2+ years of experience in financial and/or Auto financial services
2+ years of SAS, SQL, or equivalent
1+ year of managing 3rd party relationships
Demonstrated experience presenting to senior leaders and gaining buy-in from stakeholders
