Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant - Business Management for Payments Operations. In this role, you will lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives. You will drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate. You will review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance. You will perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. You will make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans. You will collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives. You will influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
Job Responsibility:

Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Requirements:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
Significant experience working closely with senior and executive leadership
Strong collaborator and empathetic listener who works with diverse groups to solicit multiple perspectives
Possesses executive presence, high energy, ability to manage complexity and a broad scope of daily work activities and stakeholders
Leads by example with transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills
Superior business consulting and relationship management skills
Ability to strategically review situations and diagnose opportunities and interventions
Familiarity with project management & governance
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strategic business focus and vision
Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
