Job Description:

The Lead Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective marketing automation solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Campaign functionalities, along with strong leadership and technical skills to drive project success and enhance our marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the development of implementing Adobe Campaign projects, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions within Adobe Campaign
Oversee the development of custom workflows, data integrations, and automation scripts
Ensure seamless integration with other marketing and data platforms
Implement testing strategies to ensure the accuracy and performance of developed solutions
Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical processes, workflows, and system configurations
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and IT, to align on goals and optimize campaign strategies
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience
Participate in SAFe agile ceremonies with a global team of in-house and vendor partners
Ensure all testing environments are ready and stable
Provide technical input for go/no-go criteria
Manage production code releases

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree preferred (MBA/MS Computer Science/M.Tech Computer Science, etc.)
6+ Years with Adobe Campaign
Relevant working experience in a communication platform or MarTech stack
Adobe Campaign certified
Ability to program in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Understanding of email and SMS
