Job Description:

Join our Building Services team as a Lead Engineer, overseeing the maintenance of a prestigious property. You'll manage client relationships, ensure high service standards, and lead a team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of all equipment and systems.

Job Responsibility:

Lead daily client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage KPIs and SLAs, optimising resources to meet targets
Oversee subcontractor quality through audits and spot checks
Maintain accurate CAFM records and report to the helpdesk
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate maintenance tasks across all building systems

Requirements:

NVQ level 3 or equivalent electrical installation
Proven experience in a similar role, with an electrical bias
Familiarity with H&S legislation, including COSHH, confined spaces, and L8
