Key responsibilities focus on developing and executing lead generation strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with sales teams, and optimizing performance using a data-driven approach.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategy
design and oversee lead generation campaigns
monitor and optimize performance using data analytics
collaborate with sales teams for lead qualification and nurturing
lead and mentor a high-performing team
conduct market research and analysis
manage budgets for lead generation
stay updated on lead generation technologies
report on campaign effectiveness to senior leadership

Requirements:

Experience in lead generation strategy
campaign development and execution across various channels
data-driven approach to monitor and optimize campaigns
alignment of sales and marketing teams
team leadership and mentoring
conducting market research and segmentation analysis
budget management
proficiency with lead generation technologies, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
reporting and analysis on performance, pipeline development, and campaign effectiveness
minimum of 10 years of experience
