Requirements:

8 or more years in Enterprise IT with core focus on Performance tuning in IAM tools
Graduate Degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field
Certification in security domain like CISSP, CISM etc is a plus
Cloud certifications and knowledge in Azure
Microsoft certifications on designing infra solutions, administering, and managing server and cloud infra is an advantage
Understanding of Agile and similar industry standards
Comprehensive understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., SSO, OAuth, SAML, LDAP, OpenID Connect)
Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as One identity, SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock
Experience in performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning of IAM systems
Programming skills in languages such as .NET Java, Python, or similar
Scripting skills for automation and performance testing (e.g., Shell, PowerShell, Perl)
Experience in database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Experience in database performance tuning and query optimization
Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of load balancers., MS servers, Linux
Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, elastic, Zabbix)
Ability to setting up dashboards in monitoring tools
Ability to analyze logs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
Experience in IAM solutions with strong knowledge of IAM concepts and understanding of security, risks, and governance

Nice to have:

Certification in security domain like CISSP, CISM etc
Cloud certifications and knowledge in Azure
Microsoft certifications on designing infra solutions, administering, and managing server and cloud infra
