Job Responsibility:

Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with business goals and user needs
Develop and maintain design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across products
Create visually stunning and intuitive interfaces, incorporating motion and interaction design principles to enhance user engagement
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve alignment on design objectives and project timelines
Present design concepts and solutions to senior leadership, articulating the rationale behind design decisions and how they contribute to overall product strategy
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of the design process
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the design team

Requirements:

10+ years of product design experience designing complex or enterprise-level software
Proven experience as a Lead Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work
Exceptional visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
Strong motion and interaction design skills, with the ability to create engaging and dynamic user experiences
Experience working on design systems and mobile applications, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization
A user-centered mindset, with experience in conducting user research and usability testing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
